Returns and exchanges of individual products are offered within 30 days of your original purchase date. After that time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept any returns of edible products. However, if there is an issue with an edible product, please contact us so we can find a solution.
Subscription boxes are not eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Contact email@example.com for instructions on how to process returns/refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return and refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds usually appear on your account within a few days, depending on your bank.
We offer exchanges for items only if they are defective, damaged, or unused. If you need to process an exchange send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive further instructions for a replacement.
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Be sure to manage your subscription and skip or cancel before your next renewal date cutoff date, which is 14 days prior to the next billing. Instructions on how to do this are noted in our Subscription Policy. We also email instructions to you on how to manage your account at the time of purchase.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We will cover the cost of shipping eligible product back to use through a pre-paid label only. The prepaid label will be emailed to your email on file when we process the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
